Editorial and sourcing standards
How ThaiProperty.hu prepares, reviews and corrects property-market content, and how to interpret the estimates published on this site.
Purpose and scope
Our articles help prospective buyers understand locations, ownership structures, costs, operating models and risks before speaking with a qualified adviser. They are general information, not investment, legal or tax advice.
Sources
We prefer Thai and Hungarian government publications, legislation, regulators and primary market documents. Developer or property-manager data is identified as commercial or project-specific information. When a figure cannot be independently verified, we label it as an estimate rather than a market fact.
Yield and cost estimates
Gross yield means annual rental revenue divided by purchase price before management, platform fees, utilities, maintenance, vacancy, tax and transaction costs. Net yield is shown only when the included deductions and assumptions are stated. No estimate is a guarantee.
Legal and tax information
Ownership, rental licensing and taxation depend on the buyer, the property, the contract and current law. We recommend independent Thai legal due diligence and advice from a tax professional who understands the buyer's tax residence. We do not recommend nominee ownership arrangements.
Updates and corrections
Material revisions receive an updated date. If you find a factual error, send the page URL and supporting source to info@thaiproperty.hu. We review correction requests and update the page when the evidence warrants it.
Commercial relationship
ThaiProperty.hu may receive compensation from a developer or sales partner if a transaction is completed. This does not replace independent legal review, and project-specific remuneration should be discussed before a purchase decision.
